Oil paintings retain moisture much longer than any other type of painting. Oil painting can have a beautiful transparent glaze and give a very rich color.

Acrylic paintings can be created rather quick due to the fast drying time. They are water based and have beautiful colors. Acrylic paintings make great abstract and impressionist paintings. They are generally less expensive than oil paintings.

Watercolor paintings are vibrant and translucent in nature. They have a very fast drying time and are suited best for smaller scale paintings.

Pen and ink drawings are a perfect medium for creating beautiful images of places you have been, schools you graduated from or want to go. The simple black and white drawings are clean and neat. They are normally small-scale drawings.
